A passion project from my heart created to
romanticise the mundane

Tucked into a library book, slipped between records or patiently waiting quietly in your letterbox.
Found in the wild or sent with intention.

  • What is the passion project?

With Love, Elli is a passion project created from my heart. Each month I write a letter and take a photo and hide them for strangers in random places knowing that they will find who they are meant to.

Each month I will also select a few people from the mailing list to receive a letter via post.

I also send out 10 to a selection of friends to share the love.

  • How can I get involved?

    I’m so glad you asked.

If you’d love to receive one of these letters in the mail, you can pop your details in here and each month I randomly select a handful of people to send one to (think of it like a lucky dip for the soul).

You can also follow along as I hide them in the wild — and if you ever find one out in the world, please let me know! Nothing makes my heart happier.

And if you just want to quietly soak it all in, that’s perfect too. This project is for you, in whatever way you need it.

  • The Why

Because we’re all a little starved for real connection.

I wanted to create something that slows people down, even for a moment. Something tangible and unexpected—like finding a letter in a book you weren’t planning to read.

This project is my gentle protest against hustle culture. It’s about softness, surprise, and remembering that joy can still be found in the simplest things.

And honestly? It’s also been healing for me. Writing these letters has brought me back to life in ways I didn’t know I needed.

  • Share Your Story

If there’s something you’re going through? A tough season, a big feeling, or just something that’s been sitting heavy? I’d love to hear it.

You can use this space to let it out. These anonymous submissions help inspire the letters I write each month. I can’t reply directly (because they’re anonymous) but I do read every single one.

Think of it as a way to be witnessed… and who knows, maybe one day a letter will find its way back to you.
